I will knit a stuffed animal version of your pet, including as many unique traits as possible. The stuffed animal will be wearing a collar with your pet’s name (or nickname) embroidered on it.

What kind of animal is your pet?

What is your pet's name? If it is longer than 6 letters, please include a nickname that is 6 or fewer letters so I can fit it on the collar

What color would you like your pet's collar to be?

Please list any important physical attributes of your pet (e.g., long legs, one green eye, etc.)
